Research On Mobile Library Service In Fuzhou Universities

2019 is the first year of China's new infrastructure.The new infrastructure is a new type of infrastructure represented by the Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,and 5G.It is essentially an infrastructure for information digitization.University libraries should seize the opportunities of infrastructure development to optimize mobile library services.The article combed the concept,service method,service content and service mode of the mobile library.On this basis,the questionnaire survey method,network survey method and interview method were used to carry out the mobile service practice status of 8undergraduate college libraries in Fuzhou University City.Survey and user satisfaction survey.Investigate the current status of mobile library service practices.One is the survey of mobile library implementation methods such as APP client services,We Chat platform services,WAP web services and Weibo platform services.The second is resource retrieval,loan services,message notification and publishing,Survey of mobile library service content functions such as mobile reading and personalized services.The user satisfaction of the mobile library was investigated.Likert's five-scale scale was used to investigate user satisfaction from the four dimensions of device network,platform system,resource content and service personnel.It analyzes the overall development status and user satisfaction of the mobile library services of eight universities in Fuzhou University City,as well as the differences between the eight universities and analyzes the reasons.Through investigation and analysis,it summarizes the lack of awareness of mobile service promotion in mobile library development,insufficient network infrastructure construction,single mobile service model,inadequate mobile service function,neglect of user experience,lack of new media operation experience and accumulation of new technologies,etc.Problems,analysis and exploration of strengthening network infrastructure construction,optimizing the user experience of mobile library platform system,strengthening mobile service resource construction,broadening mobile library publicity channels,enriching mobile library personalized services,adding new media operation experience and new technologies Development strategies such as accumulation.
