With the convergence of three networks entering a phase of substantive advancein China, which officially opens a new media era of full media(all-media) fusiondevelopment, and it brings a new information environment in which informationresources occur to explosive increase in quantitatively, disparities in qualitatively, and hundred flowers in types; information communication is divided into masscommunication and mass-decentralized communication, in this parallel era, everyinformation receiver disseminates information to others likes a mirror refracts light, which realizes the harmony and unity of information communication betweenconveyer and receiver; meanwhile, after integration of three networks, informationusers combine with each other, whose information behaviors more present focus andpersonalized behavior in some common basis. Therefore, digital library, whichpromotes co-existence with this new type of information environment, has thenecessary and capability to involve in this environment and with the tide, digitallibrary should upgrade its image of library center to information center, citizen center, knowledge center, information or knowledge center of citizens.Standing on digital library, this study conducted the study of mobile servicemodel in the convergence of three networks by means of the fifth medium (typically,as mobile phone) which has the strongest seizing and the highest receiving degreewith information users. This paper elaborated on the meaning and mechanism oflibrary mobile service, and then completed the whole analysis of system structureresearch object and operation mechanism among elements based on presenting thetheory studies and practice conditions at home and abroad, also combing relatedconcepts and theoretical foundation. Meanwhile, in order to make service contentsbetter conform with the need of mass-decentralized group in the background of theconvergence of three networks, this paper carried out a questionnaire(samplecapacity about four hundred users) for collecting data, resents according to dataanalysis better reflect the demand orientation of information users. Based ontheoretical researches and tangible investigations above, this paper carried onconstructing the main mode and the sharing mode of library mobile service in theconvergence of three networks. Among them, the main mode, which choose singledigital library as research object, is a microcosmic perspective to study mobileservice from the inner system, its research contents cover “the troika” of digital library development, which includes three aspects: information resource, informationservice and information technology; the sharing mode, which is not limited in singledigital library, is a macroscopic perspective to study from the external system, itsresearch contents include three dimensions: full media (all-media) concurrencesharing, commercial operation sharing, and living books mobile knowledge sharing. For the purposes of assisting and verifying the effect of mobile service modeconstructing above, this study applied experimental method on push service ofmobile knowledge study. The time span of experiment was more than one year frompreparation to end, and more than one hundred students participated in the previoustest. By setting test data, more than thirty students in the control group wereinvestigated in the second test on push service of mobile knowledge study duringhalf semester. By analyzing situations of the second test and feedback questionnaire, resents present a good experimental effect of mobile service mode constructingabove, which is better conformed to the expectation of experiment.
