UV imaging technology in aerospace,communications,criminal investigation,water spill detection and other aspects have a broad application prospects.With the UV image sensing system more and more widely,people on its portability put forward higher requirements.Therefore,the development of ultraviolet imaging technology to light,the direction of miniaturization has become an important demand for the promotion of social development,while light miniaturization of the UV image sensor system can also bring great commercial value to the community.In this paper,an ultraviolet imaging device based on CMOS APS image sensor is designed and implemented.CMOS image sensor can simplify the design process of ultraviolet imaging system because of its inherent high integration advantage.Therefore,the UV image sensor based on CMOS image sensor The study has very important practical significance.In this paper,we use E2 V model of EV76C560 CMOS image sensor to build ultraviolet image sensor system,the CMOS image sensor with low power consumption,high sensitivity and so on.The imaging system uses the gaze method to image,through the CMOS image sensor configuration,to achieve the pixel merge function,can effectively reduce the system transmission load.The image data is converted from the analog signal to a digital signal inside the CMOS image sensor and input to the FPGA in parallel.FPGA as the master chip to generate the required drive timing and control signals.In order to adapt to the CMOS image sensor to read out the large amount of data,read the speed of the characteristics of the FPGA control by DDR2 SDRAM buffer data cache,which greatly alleviate the pressure on the FPGA chip resources.In this paper,the data interaction between the physical layer chip and the data link layer soft core is realized by using Gigabit Ethernet.With the focal length of 60 mm optical lens and passband wavelength range of 340nm-360 nm UV filter,the system prototype to complete the construction and engineering validation.The results of the test surface,the system's imaging performance and suppression of noise performance is good.Finally,summarize the system problems and propose the next step to improve the program.The innovation of this topic is summarized as follows:1.This paper mainly uses the CMOS image sensor of the model EV76C560,the FPGA of the Stratix II series model EP2S60F484 and the digital logic program which controls the working mode.Under the condition of room temperature and 15 ms integral time,the dark noise of the system is 0.71 LSB.The signal and noise ratio of the system can reach 87,and it is consistent with the theoretical calculation value 89 under 0.1 standard solar constant.2.After the completion of the design of the UV camera electronics system and the initial assembly of the imaging device,the laboratory test and the initial UV imaging test were carried out.The imaging results were clear,the layers were rich and the details were discernible.The test results verified the CMOS Image sensor with UV filter to build the feasibility of the design of UV imaging device.
