In the mobile Internet rapid development today,many enterprises have realized the traditional personnel performance management already cannot adapt to the development of The Times,more and more enterprises have realized the personnel performance management must be combined with the needs of the development of era,realize to establish a system of personnel performance management based on mobile Internet that allows companies to adapt to the mobile Internet trend of The Times.Under the background of mobile Internet,the personnel and the concept of performance management system gradually into the mobile Internet tools and processes in the system and make the manager's management efficiency improved significantly.From a certain extent,the mobile Internet to promote the development of era of the personnel performance management.This thesis mainly consists of six parts.The first part is introduction,mainly introduces the research background,purpose and meaning,put forward the research goal,method and research innovation,combined with the current domestic and foreign mobile Internet environment current situation of the personnel performance management research literature review,on the basis of combing technology route,is proposed to solve the problem and feasibility analysis;The second part is mainly on the mobile Internet and mobile Internet era characteristics and thinking pattern of the personnel performance management influence and impact of made in detail;Third part for the personnel performance management theory,the connotation of the personnel performance management system and so on related concepts defined,and analyzes the contents and the methods of the personnel performance management;The fourth part is the personnel performance management research under the mobile Internet showed new thinking and the main problems,and mobile Internet environment under the new trend of the personnel performance management;The fifth part is to the south of south China university of technology school as the object of empirical study,analysis of the personnel performance appraisal management system based on mobile Internet;the design and implementation of Sixth part according to the demand of the personnel performance management in the mobile Internet environment present situation puts forward the feasible strategy,to promote the mobile Internet under the background of the personnel performance management research provides a new train of thought.From the point of the research of this paper,the understanding of the mobile Internet application in the personnel performance management should be promoted,should update the mobile Internet under the background of the personnel performance management ideas and methods,should design a more scientific personnel performance appraisal index system,should use the mobile Internet this tool effective personnel performance management,training and the introduction of professional mobile Internet at the same time the personnel performance management talent,makes the personnelperformance management innovation and development,which fully reflects the mobileInternet times for the work of the personnel performance management,promote the transformation and development of traditional personnel performance management.
