Research On Project Management Model Of Library Information Resources Construction

As the storage and dissemination of human civilization and knowledge institutions,Libraries provide social functions around the long-term preservation and processing of human knowledge and information society.Library information resources construction is the core business functions,but also is the basis and guarantee for the library to provide information services to the user.Organization and management of traditional library target demand and the development of information resources construction business.Changes in Social environment,information environment,the economic environment has forced libraries must change the existing organizational structure and management to improve management efficiency.As a theoretical system with a complete and mature technology management methods,many of the concepts and methods of project management provides an option.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the new era of information resources,construction,development trends,analyzes the existing information resources construction case of project management application in domestic and international library,builds the project management organization and management model through surveys and interviews with experts in the field,describes the process elements,possible problems and corresponding countermeasures of the Library information resources construction project management.Finally,this paper analyzes a university library information resources construction project management case.
