Discussion On The Management Mode Of Private Museum Based On Performance Evaluation

In recent years,with the development of economy and social civilization level,the increasing number of private museums,for the protection and inheritance of regional folk historical and cultural heritage,promote the folk cultural prosperity,and promote social harmony and stability have played an important role.However,the private museum as a nonprofit organization,its business model is still in the initial stage of research,and based on the performance evaluation of business model research information is even less.As an important part of museum management,performance evaluation is an important method to analyze the status and characteristics of the museum management.On the basis of this performance evaluation,this paper puts forward the management mode of private museums,which is of great reference value for improving the work efficiency and business level of private museums,and promoting the sustainable development of museums.This paper is divided into five chapters,the relevant theoretical evaluation and management mode of the second chapter first analyzes the performance of the basic attributes of the museum,the Guangdong private museum as the research object,and based on the relevant theories of performance evaluation and analysis of domestic and foreign business model,put forward the logical relationship between the core elements and the business model and business model evaluation classification system.The selection and determination of the weights according to the "museum management regulations" and other relevant provisions of indicators and discussion in Chapter third chapter evaluation model of evaluation system,select 6 first level indexes and 20 level two indexes and establishes the evaluation index system,then the level indicators and two indicators to explain,again the analysis of Delphy Fa and AHP,preliminary determine the weight of each index.The extraction process description and evaluation of fourth samples of the first chapter according to the private museum theme,scale,time of establishment,the number of collections of selected 10 typical private museums as samples;then in accordance with the chapter on evaluation system for determining the sample evaluation,and introduces the sample evaluation group composed of personnel assessment methods and results.The operation method of the fifth chapter first analyzes the types of private museum private museum business model common,a total of four kinds: the exhibition and education,business mode,scenic + + Museum Museum mode,comprehensive mode;furthermore,according to the results of the assessment of private museums,what is the core competitiveness of private museums,and on this basis.Put forward how to choose the right business model.This paper draws a conclusion that the performance evaluation of private museums,analysis of the core competitiveness of private museums,private museums give full play to the advantages of reference to nonprofit business model,how to choose the problem can be derived from the business model of private museums.In this paper,we put forward four kinds of management mode of Folk Museum--"exhibition education mode","enterprise + Museum mode","scenic + Museum mode","multiple comprehensive model".
