Design And Application Of Performance Evaluation Index System Of Chinese Museum Based On BSC

We should adhere to the road of socialist culture development with Chinese characteristics and stimulate the cultural innovation of the whole nation to build a powerful socialist nation.As a public organization,museum plays an important role in carrying culture of social life.Exhibition can improve the overall scientific research level.However,at present,the external rating and internal management of the museum has not yet reached a balanced state,and the management of the museum pays more attention to the external rating problem but ignores the internal management.Consequently,it is important to improve the operational ability and level of museum.Designing a reasonable performance evaluation index system can improve the performance of the work of the public organization.According to the museum regulations and the museum management methods,it can analyze the basic elements of a museum,such as attributes and functions.Based on the theory of public organization,performance management and balanced scorecard,the performance evaluation index can be constructed from finance,internal process,customer,learning and growth.Taking Q Museum as an example and clarifying the goals and development direction of the Q Museum,we select the performance indicators that conform to their own characteristics.After collecting the questionnaire survey,weights can be distributed to every index by AHP.Finally,comparing to two years of data,suggestions will be made.
