Since reforming and opening, Chinese Museum enterprise has obtained the rapiddevelopment of hitherto unknown, be just unfolding. The museum not only enrich the culturallife of the people, increase scientific and cultural knowledge, improve the whole nation’sscientific and cultural qualities, but also in the tradition of Chinese civilization, carry forwardthe fine tradition, popularize scientific knowledge, to develop advanced culture, constructingthe harmonious society and the construction of spiritual civilization has made importantcontribution, establish a good image of the country. However, our country museum (thisarticle refers specifically to the state-owned nature of the Museum) but because of sometraditional administrative mechanism of it, is often set to the general administrativeinstitutions, resulting in its focus on the collection, research, exhibition and education ’straditional business research and practice, the general lack of marketability of advancedbusiness philosophy, especially in the use of advanced financial management concept andmethod, apparent lag, it is difficult to adapt to the globalization of information technology, therequirement for development of era, difficult to adapt to the basic requirement of marketeconomy, difficult to perform should fulfil historical mission. China’s Museum of industryhigh speed development did not bring corresponding efficient management and support,financial strategic management perspective, the existence of a variety of problems, the mainperformance is: the financial strategy research and practice lagging, financial strategicmanagement consciousness is not strong, the concept of financial management systembecome rigid, lack of flexibility, means of financial management seriously behind themuseum industry rapid development momentum and other problems, these problems led to itsunsustainable, healthy, efficient,harmonious operation. Under this background, in-depth studyof Museum financial strategic management issues, to promote the sustained and healthydevelopment of great significance museum.In this dissertation, according to the financial strategy management theory, By means ofliterature analysis and case analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method,summarized the museum financial strategy management theory and related research trends,the museum ’s financial strategic management main content, taking the Beijing Automobile Museum as an example, the use of SWOT analysis, analysis of the automobile Museuminternal, external runtime environment, discussed the Beijing Automobile Museum financialmanagement strategy planning, implementation and control,evaluation mechanism, composebuilt Beijing Motor Museum financial strategy management index system construction, putforward to perfect the Automobile Museum of Beijing financial strategy managementcountermeasure suggestion.The main research conclusions or opinions are as follows:1) enterprise managementtheory in the museum enterprise financial strategic management research and practice, is akind of attempt, is also a kind of theory innovation. The financial strategy management indomestic enterprises nature of the non-profit organizations in carrying out research andpractical application is relatively active, broad, but not mature, in the Museum of industry inresearch and practice have not been found in specific cases. This and people’s traditional ideas,research on financial strategic management itself, Museum of industry special attributes aswell as domestic system environment and other factors have an important relationship. Inview of financial strategic management theoretical research and practice, systematic itself,progressive features, as well as China’s current policy, the respect such as system of manycomplex factors, this article embarks from the practical work, in a positive and enthusiasticattitude, to the museum financial strategy management theory research and the practiceapplication to provide some useful ideas and information.2) based on the sustainabledevelopment strategy to maximize the benefits of the museum financial strategic managementmode, has the theoretical orientation and practical enlightenment. Through their own forscientific literature search and thinking, to explore a suitable to new period museum to therequirements of sustainable development the strategic financial management operationalmechanism and management model, to overcome the previous research on theory, and thetheoretical study and practical application of line defects, as more museums to carry outfinancial strategic management to provide inspiration and reference.3) the theory of strategymanagement and performance evaluation theory to the research on financial strategymanagement in Museum, Museum of big development strategy background, in accordancewith the questions, analyze problems, to solve the problem of train of thought, the financialmanagement strategy formulation, implementation, control, evaluation studies, but is notlimited to investment, financing strategy strategy, distribution strategy, and other traditionalfinancial strategy management study, I think study is a content innovation.
