The idea of Chinese Intelligent manufacturing 2025 pointed out clearly that China will make intelligent manufacturing engineering as one of the key project,aiming to combine production process with information technology to achieve the intelligent enterprise management and intelligent production process.The production equipment of the enterprise is a very important core for enterprise to producing products.The production equipment of the enterprise embodies the level of modern production of the enterprise.The equipment operation and maintenance is an important part of the production and manufacturing process of the enterprise.Scientific and effective production equipment maintenance has a great impact on the profitability of enterprises and the competitiveness of enterprises.Scientific and effective production equipment maintenance is also related to corporate destiny.In the context of the rapid development of this information,the traditional equipment operation and maintenance mode,such as the use of radio stations,seems to be unable to keep up with the pace of the times.At present,the existing equipment operation and maintenance mode of Y broadcasting station has encountered bottlenecks,and it is urgent to innovate the current traditional broadcasting equipment operation and maintenance mode to achieve the purpose of accelerating production and improving efficiency.Moreover,in the process of operation and maintenance of the broadcast equipment by the Y broadcast station,many problems are encountered,for example,it is difficult to find the fault point at the first time when the equipment is out of service.And in the operation and maintenance process is in progress,the spare parts cannot be found in the first time.Or in the operation and maintenance process progress may appear backlog or shortage of spare parts for broadcasting equipment.These problems will directly lead to the failure of broadcast equipment,poor broadcast quality and low efficiency.After analyzing the problems encountered in the operation and maintenance of the above broadcast equipment,it can be seen that the root cause of these problems is that the operation and maintenance mode of broadcasting equipment has lagged behind the development of the industry at this stage.With the advancement of the times,the rapid development of Internet technology and information technology,big data analysis technology has gradually come into view.It is an opportunity to change the dimensional model.The traditional equipment operation and maintenance mode has ushered in a major innovation opportunity,which is also a Y radio station equipment operation.So far,many companies are trying to use big data into the equipment operation and maintenance process of enterprises.Well-known enterprises such as Lufthansa Technik AG and Sinopec Group have successfully combined big data analysis with equipment operation and maintenance to realize equipment operation and maintenance on big data.This essay aims to find a device operation and maintenance scheme that is more in line with the characteristics of the current era,and replace the traditional equipment operation and maintenance mode of Y radio station to solve the problems encountered by Y radio stations in the operation and maintenance of broadcasting equipment.This thesis is divided into six chapters in the overall structure,as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter is a general overview of the thesis.It mainly introduces the research background,research purpose,research significance,research methods and the framework of the thesis.The second chapter is related theory review and case study.It mainly introduces big data theory and equipment operation and maintenance management theory,and further illustrates the positive guiding significance of big data to equipment operation and maintenance mode through case comparison analysis.The third chapter is the current situation and dilemma analysis the equipment operation and maintenance of Y radio station.This chapter mainly expounds the current situation of the operation and maintenance of broadcasting equipment of Y radio station,and then mentions the operation and maintenance dilemma of'broadcasting equipment of stage Y broadcasting station,at last raise the main cause of the dilemma.The fourth chapter is based on big data broadcasting equipment operation and maintenance construction planning.This chapter puts forward the goal of Y broadcasting radio equipment operation and maintenance big data construction,and carries out the equipment operation and maintenance big data construction management organization setting,including the leadership support content.The grassroots personnel set up and proposed design principles.The fifth chapter is the operation and maintenance construction strategy of broadcasting equipment based on big data.It mainly proposes the implementation content of the strategy,the implementation plan and the difficulties that may be encountered in the solution.Chapter VI summarizes and looks forward to.
