With the further oft developmen science and technology and the expansion of Internet,more and more enterprises have built networked management,the management of enterprise is gradually transforming itself from artific ial to intelligent.Under the stimulation of this situation,it's particularly important to bulid enterprise 'human s resources management system.Enterprise's human management resource is a support system of enterprise's operation,it's a guarantee system which brings benefit to administrator's management,economic benefit,employee benefits and service,it also supports entrerprise's efficent operation.The system are managed by different departments,it mainly contains two subsystems,they are the transfer and wage management s ub s ys t e m,t he f ur t he r e d uc a t io n a nd t r a i n in g ma na ge me nt s ub s ys t e m.Under the situatio n and abroad and homeat the study prospect of enterprise's human resource management system,this paper made basic construction to enterprise's huma n system management resource by B/S architect ure,MVC framework and C # pro gra mm in g la ngua ge.This p ape r a ls o int rod uce d B/S a rc hit ec t ure,M VC framework,system development platform and operating environment.This paper analysed system's requirements.It also analysed system's relevant feasibility.It divided system into the transfer and wage management subsystem,the further education and training management subsystem.It explained system's function requirement by stereogram,use case diagram based on these two function modules.This paper described the overall desigh of the system in detail.Firstly,it introduced the framework overall of the system,secondly,it showed system's function clearly by the map of the system functional modules.It explained the use flow of the system by flow chart.It also explained the design of database by E-R diagram and data table in detial.This paper built the enterprise'smanagement system based on MVC fra mewo rk.The n,it e xp la ined t he s yste m in d iffere nt mod ules in detail,including the demonstration of the operational result chart,revelant operational process and achievement of secntional codes.Enterprise human resource management system,for the effic ient operation of enterprises play a supporting ro le,in which the main function of the system management,mobility and payroll management,training and management functions.Each module has its own characteristics,and through the establishment of links to form a unified whole.C hange the traditional manual management of enterprise human resources model,reduce management costs and enhance the management effic iency of enterprises.
