With the internet impact on social economic,political and cultural life,as well as the unprecedented development of new media construction,the internet public opinion has been a new form as a reflection of public opinion,which has been widely concerned and much accounted by the whole society.In this context,it's very important practical significance to analyze the reasons of the internet public opinion,the discipline of propagation and the influence factors,and also to explain the dynamic evolution mechanism of public opinion theoretically and technically.Internet public opinion dissemination is a evolution and transformation process of the complex system.From the perspective of the humanities and social science,the research method can only give a qualitative description the characteristics,the connotation,expression ways and results of internet public opinion development,whereas no quantitative research can be performed.However,the cellular automata model has the characteristics of parallelism,dispersion and behavioral system level emergence,which can effectively simulate the characteristics of internet public opinion dissemination.Therefore,based on the analysis of dissemination characteristics of real internet public opinion,and with integrating the research method of the cellular automata,modeling theory and computer simulation methods,this paper explores micro opinion dissemination mechanism,and got experimental simulation of public opinion aggregation model and public opinion guidance model.At the same time,in-depth simulations of the model are analyzed.The specific research work and innovations are as follows.(1)In the aspect of theoretical analysis of the internet public opinion,This paper analyzes the current situation,advantages and disadvantages of public opinion propagation from qualitative and quantitative aspects.In view of the characteristics of cellular automata and the internet public opinion dissemination,this paper analyzes some influence factors to internet public opinion,the life cycle of public opinion.(2)In the aspect of propagation mechanism of internet public opinion,this article discusses the existing problems in some current research.On the basis of the definition of multiple cell properties and discrete attitude value,the paper puts forward a model of network public opinion aggregation evolution based on cellular automata.Simulation experiments explore influences between public sentiment subjects' attributes and environmental factors to the propagation spread of internet public opinion evolution.A series of experiments obtain the J type distribution of groups view aggregation model and bimodal distribution of groups view aggregation model.(3)In the aspect of guidance mechanism of internet public opinion,according to characteristics of the development life of public opinion,and defining the public opinion subject attribute and the evolution mechanism of public opinion,this paper conducts a guidance mechanism experiment on internet public opinion which in the formation period and the development period.Two kinds of public opinion guiding and controlling functions are put forward,which are mandatory pilot coefficient and internal power conversion control coefficient.This part chiefly discusses the effects of the guidance and control mechanism based the cellular automaton under the first two life cycles.At last,the experimental results show that this guidance mechanisms makes the evolution of internet public opinion tend to be neutral,which has verified the effectiveness of the mechanism in theory and approached the real public opinion environment.
