With the rapid development of Internet information technology,the network platform has become the mainstream media nowadays.Network public opinion has come into being in the era of big data.Network public opinion is another manifestation of social public opinion reflecting the public sentiment and the public opinion.It reflects the current situation of social development.It has the characteristics of fast propagation speed,wide transmission range and large transmission base.In recent years,the scale of China's Internet users has continued to expand,and the difficulty of network public opinion management has also increased accordingly.Therefore,studying the propagation rules of network public opinion and exploring the guide strategy of public opinion play a vital role in maintaining national security and social stability,and have realistic significance.The evolution process of network public opinion is a complex dynamic system,and the characteristics of the Cellular Automaton(CA,Cellular Automata)model can be regarded as an all-purpose computer.They can simulate any complex system given an accurate input coding and a sufficient runtime.Therefore,this paper constructs two models to research the propagation rules and evolution process of network public opinion.They are the game evolutionary network public opinion Cellular Automata model(GESCA,Game Evolutionary Sensation Cellular Automata)and Forgotten Evolution of Sensation Mobile Cellular Automata model(FESMCA,Forgotten Evolution of Sensation Mobile Cellular Automata)based on Mobile Cellular Automata(MCA,Mobile Cellular Automata).The innovations of this paper's specific research have the following two points.1.This paper proposes a network public opinion game model based on the Ebbinghaus forgetting curve of psychology,which is to construct a GESCA model.The Cellular Automata are used to simulate the cellular as a personalized public opinion individual.The personalize of public opinion individual is Mainly reflected in the difference of influence coefficient,affected coefficient and forgetting index.Thus,affecting the spread trend of network public opinion.The evolution process of the model was simulated on MATLAB to explore the connection between the propagation process of network public opinion and the three influencing factors set forth above.2.Constructing a FESMCA model.The model set the mobile rules for each cellular based on the traditional Cellular Automata model.Forming the Mobile Cellular Automaton,simulate the mobile public opinion individual in reality.And incoming three personalized parameters of public opinion individual are appeal coefficient,firmness coefficient and forgetting index respectively.The effects of these three attributes on network public opinion propagation are discussed through simulation experiment results.The simulation experiment results show that when the Cellular Automata introduces the mobile rules for network public opinion simulation,the mobile public opinion individual can speed up the convergence of the public opinion,and the evolution process of the network public opinion can quickly reach a stable state.At the same time,public opinion individual with a neutral attitude will also have an impact on the development of network public opinion.
