This paper focuses on the application of Business Intelligence (BI) in Human Resource Management System (HRMS). The BI technology has aroused plenty of attention these years with rapid development and application in various domains which fully utilizes the mass historical data in an enterprise to support decisions for managers. Traditional HRMS still belongs to Management Information System (MIS), which is transaction oriented. There is an urgent need for a technology to discover the valuable knowledge to enhance the analysis and decision ability.The purpose of the study is to build data mining application system based on HRMS, which can make forecast and analysis for the HRM information, and offer basis for the recruiting and training process.In this paper, the feasibility of application of data mining technology in HRM systems is investigated. The design of a data-mining application model based on human resources of a certain enterprise is proposed. Implementation and validation of the data-mining system are discussed. Further study and improvements are also presented at the end.
