| Industrial safety is one of the important components of national economic safety.The steel & Iron industry is a fundamental industry for the nation economy and is a supportive industry to industrialization. Along with the international iron and steel in the ever-changing,trade friction between countries upgrade continuously.Litigation cases on dumping and antidumping in the steel & iron industry increase rapidly. The grim reality makes it conspicuous that it is very necessary to create the forewarning system and mechanisms for steel & iron industry.The paper explores some useful research on related issues on creating forewarning system for steel & iron industry injury from the perspective of national industrial safety,steel & iron industrial security and industry safety laws and systems.It aims to establish a scientific, practical and operational steel & iron industry injury forewarning system.Combining the characteristics of the steel & iron industry,this paper brings up creatively an economic operation model and a forewarning model and a quantitative analysis model for imported steels monitoring based on demand-supply balance of domestic market..And also,we have developed a monitoring software product which is suitable for steel & iron industry. Monitoring index architecture and forewarn judgement rules are also designed,we have designed the technical architecture of import steel forewarning system based on the theory of data warehouse,and some prototype interfaces have been realized for this system.The paper have been part of research results into practical work, early warning system to monitor steel imports have been applied to the China Iron and Steel Industry Association,Industrial damage warning quantitative analysis model has been applied to the Ministry of Commerce industrial damage warning system in data mining.These applications for China's iron and steel industry in damage early warning played a supporting role in support. |
