Mobile phone has become an essential part of our life imperceptibly.The camera as the basic function of mobile phones is also concerned by consumers more and more.High pixels practical camera phones have become the object pursued by the majority of consumers.Therefore,designing a high-pixel mobile phone camera has important practical significance.In this paper,the design of 3.5mm focal length lens optical system launched mobile phone is researched.At first,the development trend of mobile phone camera as well as the purpose and significance of research projects are introduced,the optical lens design parameters are proposed.Then the mobile phone camera-related knowledge and aberration theory and ZEMAX optical design software are introduced.Finally,the initial structure selection and optimization process of the optical system with the focal length-3.5mm are focused on.The design results show that the size of system with 4.149 mm is compact.The MTF is more than 0.1 at /446 mmlp.The curvature of field is smaller than 0.2mm,and the distortion is smaller than%1.Through tolerance and processing technology analysis,the result shows that tolerance and processing technology are feasible.
