On account of the rapid inland development of high resolution cellphone camera lens, The800mega pixel mobile phone camera lens which is assembly composed of five plastic aspheric lenses and an IR filter has been designed in this paper. And the technological process, equipment principle and manufacturing method of cellphone camera lens production are elaborated.We use an1/4inch CMOS as the image sensor.and the pixel size of which is1.1um.The mobile phone lens effect focal length is2.8mm, F-number is2.2, FOV is82°,and the half of the limiting frequency is greater than0.4.The simulation results show that the lens has an excellent imaging perfoemance.The maximal distortion of the lens is less than2%,the relative illumination is more than36%,and the parallel eccentricity under3.5micron,the incline eccentricity under9arcminute.It has been satisfied necessaries for the practical production.
