With the continuous development of science and technology,optical imaging lens is widely used in the field of monitoring,camera and so on.Due to the development of smart phones and the gradual expansion of market share,The requirements of the imaging performance of the cell phone can also be improved.At present,the imaging performance of the smart phone lens has been comparable to that of some low-end digital cameras,and people are more and more interested in using portable smart phones to take pictures.Therefore,the mobile phone lens is also gradually to the thin,high pixel development,so the study of the structure of simple high pixel,ultra-thin mobile phone lens is of great significance.Firstly,this paper introduces the development of the mobile phone lens at home and abroad and the evolution of the optical structure of the mobile phone lens.Then a comprehensive analysis of mobile phone lens design,focuses on the mobile phone lens imaging principle,basic terminology,and choose Omnivision models produced OV16880 CMOS,combined with the aberration theory and the optical plastic aspherical lens,and choose six pieces of spherical lens with the aperture front as the initial structure,the design of a wide-angle lens ultra-thin mobile phone total pixels,can reach more than 16 mega-pixel.The results show that the design of the maximum relative aperture is 1/1.95,the full field of view is 78.4 degrees,with a total length of only 4.67mm and good imaging quality.Finally,the tolerance analysis and ghost image analysis of the mobile phone lens are made.The tolerance analysis results can meet the actual machining requirements...
