The development of mobile phone camera industry is in the rapid development stage, the market size and demand continues to expand.With the market demand for high pixel mobile phone more and more, a variety of high pixel design also came into being.In this paper, the structure principle and the method of cell phone lens coating are summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of the method and the classification of the aspheric surface are discussed.The imaging characteristics and processing methods of diffractive optical elements are discussed, And the use of optical design software ZEMAX to design a 1300 pixel folding hybrid mobile phone camera.The focal length is 2.2mm, the full field of view is 70, the F number is 2.2, the total length of the system is less than 6.7mm.Optimization and tolerance analysis,After optimization,MTF value of 0.7 fields >0.36 at 233lp/mm, and MTF value of0.7 fields close to 0.2 at 446lp/mm, the relative distortion less than 1%, The structure of the final design is reasonable and the quality is good.
