Research On Partner Selection Model Of Virtual Enterprise Based On Classical Grounded Theory And Data Mining Technology

The 21 st century,increasingly fierce market competition,the virtual enterprise as one of the most competitive business model,get more and more applications,select the right partner for the virtual enterprises is very indispensable.Virtual enterprise partners are the "main" enterprises in the perceived market opportunities,through the task analysis found that their lack of resources or ability to respond quickly to market demand,through various channels and ways to seek and their ability to complement each other,to work together,to share the risk and complete the task of "members" business.Choosing an appropriate partner is critical to the success of the virtual enterprise.The dynamic and rapid of the virtual enterprise are response to the characteristics of the decision it brings opportunities to enterprises,but also brings the risk.In the virtual enterprise partner selection process,the sponsor mastered a large number of potential partners of the enterprise data,how to extract from the massive data to reflect the knowledge of the core competencies of the partner enterprise,which will be in the virtual enterprise partner selection process Data mining can play an important role in the local,while data mining for the sponsor to coordinate the relationship between the partners to provide a basis.Selecting effective data mining method and extracting information from the complex data can effectively support the selection of virtual enterprise partners,thus improving the efficiency and quality of partner selection.But only rely on the quantitative analysis method is also flawed,combined with the classic theory of rooted approach,a more in-depth understanding of the virtual enterprise partner selection process,through the classic rooting theory to build the basis of partner selection model,and then use the data mining method of recommendation algorithm and build a recommendation model,which can provide a more comprehensive reference for the virtual enterprise to select the partners.This paper summarizes the research methods of partner selection in virtual enterprise and virtual enterprise,and summarizes the research methods of partner selection in virtual enterprise.It is found that most of the previous studies are directly used quantitative method to verify the index system of virtual enterprise partners,but the construction of the index system is not elaborated in detail,and the constructed index system is only selected from the subjective level.For some potential partners,it may not be found by the chief,so this paper perfects the virtual enterprise partner selection model from two aspects : On the one hand,we use the classical grounede theory to deepen the study of scene,extract the virtual enterprise partner selection model from the scene,show the process of model building,and then use AHP to validate the research process;on the other hand,Technology research and exploration,by improving the data mining algorithm,the recommendation algorithm will be introduced into the virtual enterprise partner selection,build a virtual enterprise partner recommendation model for the main recommendation of potential partners.The combination of the two models provides decision support for the selection of partners,and finally obtains a systematic solution of virtual enterprise partners based on the combination of classical rooting theory and data mining,and provides a more comprehensive reference for virtual enterprise selection or partners.
