Research And Application Of Intelligent Algorithms In Virtual Enterprise Partner Selection

With the rapid development of the market economy, the traditional business model already can’t adapt to the rapidly changing marketing. The virtual enterprise has become increasingly important in today’s society Business Organization, since its unique corporate cooperation, and takes good advantage of the extensive application of information and computer networks. Virtual enterprise is based on the chief’s own core competencies and optimizes the integration of external corporate external resources, so that the virtual enterprise can more quickly and efficiently complete the various marketing tasks. Thus, in the study of virtual enterprise, how to find the best partners to a virtual enterprise has become the most important issue that must be addressed.Base on the researching of existing virtual enterprise partner selection, and combine with the characteristics of various types of intelligent algorithms such as genetic algorithm, ant colony algorithm and particle swarm optimization, this paper has proposed many new possible algorithms which apply the intelligent algorithms into virtual enterprise partner selection process. These algorithms are mainly to resolve the virtual enterprise’s evaluation system and partner selection method. Firstly, we analyze the detail process of the virtual enterprise partner selection. By comparing with traditional methods, we expounded the necessity and feasibility of the application of intelligent algorithm in the virtual enterprise partner selection process. Secondly, by research the evaluation system of partner selection, we apply the Rough Set theory into partner selection evaluation system. Then, through the analysis of the partner selection process and methods, we convert the partner selection process into a mathematical model and the objective function and combined with genetic algorithm, proposed a partner selection algorithm which is based on rough set theory and genetic algorithm. Using Matlab as a simulation tool, we verified the effectiveness of the algorithm with examples. The paper also proposed fusion intelligent algorithms:partner selection algorithm based on particle swarm optimization and partner selection algorithm based on genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm, we also verified the effectiveness of these fusion algorithms.
