With the development of information technology, Virtual Enterprise (VE) has been paid more attention as a promising enterprise running pattern. Copartner selection, one of the key technologies in the course of constructing VE, has become a hotspot in current researches. The aim of the thesis is to study the algorithm model of copartner selection and develop a software platform on which the core enterprise can select appropriate copartners to organize VE rapidly. In the former two chapters, the research background and the basic concepts of Virtual Enterprise are introduced firstly; afterward, the author presents an algorithm model of copartner selection by using promoted AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process); lastly, the problem about task distribution among different copartners of the same kind is discussed. In the following three chapters, Object-Oriented thinking is used for system analysis and design, then the software platform of copartner selection is realized. By using UML and Rational Rose, the author makes use case analyses, static and dynamic modeling of the system in the third chapter, then the system architecture and database are designed in the forth. In the fifth chapter, the copartner selection system based on J2EE is introduced, some typical interfaces are picked out and some solutions to key problems such as synchronizing linking, security of pages and auto-creation of form numbers are introduced. In the last part, the author summarizes the whole paper and provides the future development of the Virtual Enterprise and the partner selection.
