The Key Techniques Research Of Virtual Enterprise Based On Multi-Agent

Virtual Enterprise is a kind of dynamic collaboration among enterprises, they are coordinated in a distributed and different structure manufacturing environment. Thus how to make virtual enterprise reusable, re-configuration, expansibility and then organize and control efficiency are key problems for virtual enterprise run normally. The use of Multi-Agent System in virtual enterprise is given a chance to resolve this problem. On the basis of simulate the partners of virtual enterprise use Multi-Agent System, this dissertation discusses the construction of virtual enterprise, the partner selection and the consultation between partners which are based on Multi-Agent technology. Combining with the practical enterprise operation, a collaborative production management prototype system is built to support enterprise practice.Chapter 1 looks back the new environment which the contemporary enterprise facing, analyses the necessaries of the enterprise's model change to virtual enterprise manage model which is directed by agile manufacturing tactic. Meanwhile, the concept and characteristics of agent technology are discussed, the communication mechanism and architecture of agent technology are analyzed, summarizes the merit of apply agent technology. the CORBA technology and it's application in the development of virtual enterprise run system are discussed.The main contents and research meaning of the dissertation have been put forward at last part of this chapter.Chapter 2, the characteristics of multi-agent technology is summarized, then on the basis of analysis the main problem of multi-agent technology research, the form process of virtual enterprise which based on multi-agent integration framework is discussed. A virtual enterprise construct mode is put forward at last.In chapter 3, on the basis of looks back the research of virtual enterprise partner selection means which has been achieved, carries out a virtual enterprise partner selection mean which select partners through agent negotiation.In chapter 4, the consult tactic, the characteristics and model of consultation, the principle and mean which relate to multi-agent consultation are discussed, then carries out a virtual enterprise consult model based on multi-agent technology. The model not only covers the consultation strategies of the interactions between the VE manager and the partners, but also discusses the multilateral consultation among the VE partners.Chapter 5 develops a virtual enterprise run system based on multi-agent technology in accord with the characteristics of product domain. The network architecture and software architecture of system are analyzed firstly, then introduces the model and main interface of system, the technology and software used to develop system are discussed at last.Chapter 6 summarized the work of the dissertation, the shortcomings and future work are also sketched out.
