Under the background of economic globalization, the virtual enterprise is able to effectively integrate the resources of different enterprises and respond to the market needs rapidly,it can play an important role in improving the competitive strength and market influence of the enterprise.Partner selection is one of the most important tasks during the process of setting up a virtual enterprise.Considering that the decision maker is easily influenced by his own psychological behavior when choosing a partner, this paper applies the TODIM(short for Tomadade decisao interativa e multicritevio in Portuguese)to the research into partner selection. It also offers a new method and route for selecting partners for the virtual enterprise. The first chapter briefly discusses the background, nature and features of virtual enterprise. After analyzing the current research achievements about partner selection,it points out the significance and content of the research.Chapter 2 firstly presents the basic selection principals of partners for virtual enterprises and analyses the influence factors and complexities of selecting partners. Then this chapter presents the basic properties of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers.Secondly, the paper studies decisive makers' psychological behavior characteristics. Finally, the paper sets forth the specific steps for ranking of candidates of each task in virtual enterprise project by applying TODIM method. With the task sequential relationship and delivery period used as the constraint, the third chapter chooses a model for partner selection of virtual enterprise based on the psychological behavior of decision maker with the purpose of maximizing the average global value of partner combination. The improved Shuffled Frog Leaping Algorithm(SFLA)with the memory function and elimination mechanism is designed to solve the model.A calculation case is used to verify the model and algorithm in this chapter.Lastly, the influence of loss aversion factor on the single-objective partner selection is analyzed.Based on the third chapter, the fourth chapter is concerned with the multi-objective optimization which considers the psychological behavior of decision maker. With the task sequential relationship and delivery period used as the constraint, the model for partner selection with the objective of maximizing the average global value and the minimum global value of partner combination as well as minimizing the cost is built. The SFLA algorithm designed in the third chapter is utilized to solve this model. The ideal point method is employed to formulate the fitness function of the algorithm. Finally, the influence of loss aversion factor on the multi-objective partner selection is also analyzed.By using the MyEclipse 10 as a development tool, the fifth chapter is devoted to developing a system for the partner selection of virtual enterprise. The key technologies for realizing the system is discussed. The functions and database of partner selection system is also designed accordingly.Lastly, choosing the partner selection for the project of water turbine generator as an example,it expounds on the functional realization of the whole system. Finally, this paper summarizes the whole work and the further researches.
