| This article is based on the personal computer and Andrews office automation system design and implementation,the system can meet the basic needs of small and medium enterprises within the office.The main work of this paper is:(1)To determine the technical portfolio,analysis of the C #,J2 EE and Visual development platform,and ultimately determine the system based on J2 EE platform development and design,select SQLServer2005 database on the office automation system to store all kinds of data information.In order to meet the business staff often on business l can not delay office,specially designed for Andrews platform mobile office automation system,greatly improve the overall efficiency of the office,will not delay the handling of things.(2)Office automation system analysis and design.Through the internal needs of enterprises research,clear functional requirements,is composed of PC and mobile two parts.The PC side consists of eight functions: incoming / outgoing,conference,bulletin,human resources,document,internal mail,asset management and opinion box.The mobile end consists of seven functions: document management,message management,conference management,document management,mail management,announcement management and asset management.And then also carried out the system feasibility analysis,functional analysis,use case diagram design analysis and so on.(3)systematically tested the system,the results show that can be applied to the enterprise's internal office. |
