Mobile Office

With the development of information technology, the rapid popularization of 3G networks, mobile office is just forward developed by surprising speed, and the business mode has been changed gradually. Mobile office is in an effective way for increasing the efficiency and reducing the cost, so more and more enterprises consider to advance enterprise informational based on telecom operator's mobile office solutions.1,Through the analysis for main functions of office automation system (official documents processing, announcement and email, company internal information, etc.), this paper designs and develops a China Unicom's Wireless OA System based on cell phone terminals accord with the present technical standards. In the situation of China Unicom's quality 3G networks, a good part of core functions can be used by cell phone terminals at anytime and anywhere according to the opening system framework with fault tolerant technique and PKI/CA security solution. This wireless OA system effectively promotes office efficiency and improves customer service level under the enterprises collaborative informatization environments.2,These techniques include:USFP (Uni Simple File Protocol), UAPS (Uni All Push Service), UDPS (Uni Document Parse Service), and USUS (Uni Smart Update Service).3,The design of this system is organized as three parts:A. Firstly, the interlinking between China Unicom's network and the mobile office server is capable of accessing SMS gateway and MMS gateway.B.The mobile office server will carry out a personalized adaption with enterprises OA system, and set up the firewall which ensures the secure of data transportation and intranet.C.with the application of accessing mobile office sever to process business via mobile network, wireless OA system realizes to mobility OA system really.
