The rapid development of information technology about Big data, cloud computing, mobile Internet has given birth to Industry of "Internet plus", meanwhile, Transforming and upgradding the traditional industry with the Internet thinking is imperative, of course, agriculture is no exception.Livestock and poultry breeding is the important part of agriculture in Fuyang, which is Upgradded by Economic thinking with the Internet, It seems that we plug Livestock and poultry breeding in "Internet plus" flying wings.Establishing information traceability system about Livestock and poultry breeding in Fuyang is the implementation of Specific action plan by"Livestock and poultry breeding with Internet plus".With the development of economy and the increase of income, the quality of people's life has been improved greatly, and the demand for meat increases. However, the highly-focused meat and other food problems happen from time to time, harming people's life and health, reducing people's purchase desire and confidence. This issue affects our country's prosperity and development seriously, harming the society more and more obviously. Establishment of sources traceable, directions queriable and responsibility accountable live animals' location and trajectory visual quality traceable system, record of meat products' information about every link of product circulation from farming to table, enable the relevant government departments to query this information through different ways, implementing effective regulation for food safety. Also, consumers can query the information through different ways, increasing their purchase confidence and desire, stabilizing market and boosting economy. Meantime people's safety awareness of product and circulation responsibility can be improved,enhancing the guarantee standard of food quality and safety.Although each link of information traceability, supervision, risk pre-warning, queries and product recalls can be achieved in the current live animals quality safety traceability system, there also exist some disadvantages, such as its lacks of effective supervision in the whole process of information input, whose authenticity rely solely on practitioners of honesty and self-discipline; the interconnectivity can not be achieved and unshared of database and query platform. Most information can only be queried through scanning bar code. Furthermore, the bar code has some problems, such as easy to pollute, having relatively short read distance and poor durability. The query technology is outdate.Location and trajectory visualization traceability system of live animals make use of Internet of Things, big data, cloud platform and other advanced technique, achieving visualization of information about breeding, butcher skill, meat cold chain inventory, transportation and sales of live animals. Specifically, it is a safety quality managing system, which employs integrated circuit card (IC), radio frequency identification (RFID), QR codes and other modern information technology by gathering and processing information of products to realize trajectory visualization of live animals and positioning of all circulation links about breeding, processing, marketing them. The software and database of this system is implemented on the remote server, so the information about product traceability can be viewed in real time by Internet or mobile phone APP. The video information about the whole process from farming live animals to selling them is automatically collected by the traceability system, reducing human intervention as far as possible, which ensures validity and reliability of the data. This system possess the characteristics of long distance, ultra low power consumption and low production cost. achieved good results in image fusion.
