The Design And Development Of An Platform For Product Quality Traceability Of Enterprises

This topic has studied the design and implementation of the enterprise product quality monitoring platform in Hunan Province.The enterprise product qualit y monitoring platform can be used for product quality traceability,and can also be used for enterprise sales management.This paper analyzes the requirements of these two aspects in detail,and based on the requirements analysis,uses the MV C design pattern to systematically design the platform system.Four sub-modules,such as the commodity logistics information management module,support the framework of the system,so that the system has the characteristics of object-oriented software reusability and maintainability.The classification of commodity information is designed for consumer query,including production information,circulation information,life cycle and product consumption module.The actual development and application of supply chain information management are improved,and the whole supply chain information management is designed.Complete function and performance test of enterprise product qualit y traceability management platform is completed.The management system of the platform also includes the RFID tag printer,card issuing authorization,pipeline labeling,delivery and logistics,dealer management,anti-channeling management,sales query statistics and other modules.Based on middleware,the architecture of layered RFID middleware is improved,and traceability system and layered middleware model are developed.Based on the model,different functions of various kinds of equipment are shielded.And filter redundant data based on corresponding protocol specifications.Realizing Real-time and Effective Information Sharing.It lays a foundation for the application of commodit y supply chain traceability system in Internet of Things technology.The system has the characteristics of reusability and maintainability of object-oriented software.The platform backend uses Microsoft SQL Server 2016 database,it includes several modules,such as automatic data acquisition,product traceability,automatic report forms and so on.This platform dynamically queries product traceabilit y information.The key technologies used in the design process of the platform include the design of the back-end database system,the design of the RFID terminal,the design of the data acquisition module,the analysis and design of the report generation module.The system has good usability and practicability,and satisfies the application requirements of the public service platform for product quality traceability.
