Research Of Satellite Image Processing System Based On Embedded

Along with the continuous development of technology,the number of commercial satellite whose function is single-minded launched in China is increasing,the content of satellite image data is more and more abundant.The previous image processing platform can not meet the requirement of small,portable equipment,we propose a solution of single satellite image processing system based on embedded platform,it can be used to monitor the coverage rate of agriculture and plants in province and urban road traffic conditions etc.This paper combines the two aspects of embedded and image processing to study and realize the satellite image processing under the embedded platform,and designs the visual GUI to complete the operation.This paper select the ARM920 T core processor of Samsung,and design with peripheral resources allocation as the system hardware support platform.In the software,we choose Linux operating system to provide the system running memory resource management,then according to reduce and compile the Bootloader,the Kernel and the file system to build a streamlined embedded Linux system and ported to the hardware platform.On the host computer we complete the iamge processing process involving the basic algorithm of online programming,and then through compiler to achieve the image display and processing in the embedded hardware environment,then we use Qt to develop and design a friendly man-machine GUI and create a multi-thread task to complete the visualization operation of the single satellite image processing.This paper has completed the design and construction of a small image processing platform based on embedded system,realized the processing and display of the single satellite image and laid the foundation for further study of satellite video images.
