Since the reform and opening up China's economy has developed by leaps and bounds,in this rapid development of environmental pollution at the same time more and more serious,especially water pollution problems.How to protect water resources and improve water quality is one of the main issues.At present,most cities in China have established a sewage treatment plant,the use of sewage treatment plants to improve the quality of water purification is the main method.However,over the past decade,the scale of the city has been expanding and the population has been growing.The capacity of the existing sewage treatment plants is not enough.Therefore,many places on the original sewage plant expansion or transformation.Automatic control system is the core of the sewage treatment plant equipment,is to ensure the normal operation of the sewage treatment plant key.This article describes a new site for the construction of a sewage treatment plant in Guangdong,the project's control system is based on Rockwell PLC as a controller,the control company as a monitoring software as well as the use of intelligent Android mobile phone APP,WeChat monitoring three Combined with the design of a set of sewage treatment monitoring system,the use of easy access to software development platform for secondary development,intelligent Android mobile phone APP or WeChat monitoring plant equipment,allowing staff to more easily monitor the equipment and query the relevant operational data.Thus achieving a safe and reliable operation of the sewage treatment plant.The system described in this paper mainly involves three aspects: PLC control part,host computer part,intelligent Android mobile phone APP.The system involves key technologies such as OPC,Industrial Ethernet Modbus,Industrial Automation,Android and Cloud platforms.This paper introduces the mathematical model of fuzzy control and neural network,and adopts the new immune algorithm to control the priority of lifting pump.As the new project I/O points nearly 1000 points,so the need to control the equipment is divided into four PLC control station for control,the various PLC control station through the Industrial Ethernet Modbus protocol and the host computer connected to the project using OPC connection to solve the The problem of mutual communication between different software and interface.Monitoring software is based on the control of the company's configuration Wang software,combined with the actual project,the configuration of the king for the second development,the factory sewage treatment equipment and its function clearly displayed to the monitoring interface.In recent years,the rise of the concept of industrial 4.0 and Internet of Things,as well as the rapid development of smart phones,mobile phone APP software applications more and more widely.The author of the domestic sewage treatment plant research and found no use of Android mobile phone APP or WeChat monitoring equipment precedent.After the installation and commissioning of the control system,the system has been commissioned,the system is stable,the control precision and the effluent quality meet the technological requirements.
