| As the increase of people's living standard and the needs of social sustainable development, sewage treatment is caused by more and more the social attention.It can protect the environment and reuse the water, saving the water resource.Meanwhile,the increase of the level of industrial automation, and the wide application of computer technology, people put forward higher request to the generality and flexibility of the control system.In order to let the sewage processing technology achieve effectively, the system can run continuously and steadily.It can guarantee the standards of the outwater and can save a lot of human, material and financial resources.Therefore, designing a set of the control system of OPC technology in wastewater treatment, it is very necessary and has very important practical significance.The article describes the research status and development trends of our coutry's automatic control system of sewage treatment and the sewage treatment process and the control method of major equipment.For urban sewage treatment process characteristics and control requirements, it develops a distributed control system which based on OPC technology,achieving seamless integration of the system.It describs the configuration software called Kingview6.5 to achieve host monitoring, integrating unified management. It also shows the communication settings of OPC, including the IPC and PLC and the communication between the PLC and HMI.The OPC Client used Visual Basic 6.0 visits KingView server.The actual operation shows that the system ensures the efficient operation of the sewage treatment process and the control and management are significantly improved, and have good economic benefits.Finally, I summary the the full-text work, analysising the existing problems and discuss the future development directions. |
