Design And Implementation Of Sewage Treatment Plant Automation Management

With the continuous development of human society,the constant expansion of the city scale,the city's water consumption and displacement are increasing,the tension and water pollution,environmental problems are becoming increasingly prominent.The progress of science and technology makes the water process more complex and the automation level of equipment is higher and higher.Most of the sewage treatment equipment is underground.The data is changing.It is very complicated and difficult to work.In this paper,the problem in the process of waste water treatment,design and implementation of the information system for the sewage treatment plant,the system can achieve data acquisition and remote monitoring functions.In this paper,the process and function requirements of the sewage treatment plant are analyzed,and the corresponding function modules are designed and implemented,and the whole system is tested.The system consists of four modules:basic management function module,data acquisition and statistical function module,remote monitorig module and management module.Including basic management functions including basic equipment management,user password setting,system bulletin three sub functions,data acquisition and statistical functions include data acquisition,real-time data,data statistics,historical data query,report and print five sub functions,remote monitoring functions include picture monitoring,system path self-test,critical alarm,alarm threshold set four sub functions,management functions including system log,role authority management,report template set,feedback four sub functions.System design to take the MVC design pattern,using C#programming language and ASP.NET technology,the development environment is Studio Visual 2010,the database uses Server SQL 2008.Sewage treatment plant automatic control management information system through the Internet to make the management system,monitoring system and sewage treatment plant on-site equipment connected,so that the sewage treatment plant equipment status,real-time data,etc.can be transmitted to the data server,to achieve the data collection and remote monitoring function of the sewage treatment plant.The design of this system greatly improves the efficiency of waste water treatment,reduces the number of maintenance personnel,and ensures the good operation of the equipment,reduces the processing time of emergency,and improves the automation level and management level of sewage plant.
