Along with industrial development in our society,sewage has polluted our environment seriously. For the traditional treatment methods have some shortcomings like large investment and long development cycle covering, the sewage treatment technology is hindered in the promotion of practical application. Because of its unsatisfactory treatment effect, Therefore how to solve this problem is becoming our holy mission to each country,man researcherw did their best to find out a new technology .This paper is the research of the new wastewater treatment technology-microwave wastewater treatment technology.Based on researching of the working principle of microwave sewage treatment and technical, and then found that Microwave power and sewage disposal relevant elixir launch influence the sewage treatment system performance,and the related controlling information of microwave treatment technologies is also obtained, and then to build microwave sewage treatment system structure. For there is a lots of control capacity in this system and the signal is also complex, so put forward this microwave sewage treatment system adopts PC and lower level institutions,and choose an embedded system as the host computer to set working methods of field devices, calculate controlling variables'regulation information and dispatch the work of the whole system.and the lower computer as the direct controllor of the field devices unit. It does the work of the information field devices' data acquisition, conversion and processing. meanwhile the design formulates EMC protection program of each part of the the system.and design all hardware circuit of microwave sewage treatment system, including the design of microwave generators, the design of the all-digital phase-shift high-voltage trigger circuit of magnetron in the microwave generator system, and the introduction of the lower computer's signal acquisition and processing module and the port used in the PC used in the embedded development board of the host computer. Beside that the design uses special measures to isolate different signals.In order to improve lack of the current microwave wastewater treatment system, and enhance microwave sewage treatment system in some aspects ,including control precision, stability and economy,By comparing the current popular control algorithm, and final choose auto-tuning fuzzy PID algorithm as the control algorithm of microwave wastewater treatment system, and then adjustment water quality indexes of COD, SS, PH and microwave power control and stability factors including anode high pressure, the anode current, the regulation and stable filament current. Finally make a design of Microwave sewage treatment system for overall software design, including PC embedded system platform to create, microwave power regulation and stable softwar design, sewage water treatment software design, Formulate communications protocol and communication software design, GUI design, Lower level computer system signal acquisition and processing software design, Lower level computer system and superordination system communication software design (the SPI communication protocol coding and decoding). And then finally achieve the design of microwave sewage treatment automatic control system.
