| With the construction and development of the city, the projects is increasing. Most of the project will have earthworks, such as land excavation, transportation and back filling, water supply and drainage and soil support work. In the construction of earthworks, site formation, pit excavation, roadbed filling and pit filling is the most common. How to precisely measure and calculate the earthwork directly affect the progress and costs, so the earthwork is meaningful to the engineering economy. 3D laser scanning technology has the characteristics of fast measurement speed, high data precision and rich instrument function. There is a great potential for this technique to be used for earthwork. This paper research how to improve the accuracy of 3D laser scanning in applications with the principle of the principle. Through the experimental analysis, we can obtain the measurement conditions which can reduce the measurement error and improve efficiency. Using the actual engineering measurement analyzing the error size, and improving the accuracy of 3D Laser Scanner in Earthwork Calculation.(1) Summarize the earth measurement technology, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various measurement techniques for the application of 3D laser scanning technology to do bedding.(2) In order to study the relationship between the influence factors of error, this paper uses ILRIS-3D scanner to measure the relationship between the measurement distance, the spacing and the scale of measurement. According to these study to determine the best scanning conditions to provide a reliable basis for reducing the measurement error.(3) According to the test results to determine a reasonable measurement distance and spacing according to the size of the project. Using the Polyworks software to process the acquired point cloud data. Using the ICP algorithm for data registration,using angle judgment method, observation method chord height difference method to remove redundant points, and calculating the earthwork.(4) In order to study the actual measurement error of 3D laser scanner, using Polyworks software to calculate the measurement data of the 3D scanner and the electronic total station respectively, and compare the two sets of data, analyze the relative error of the scanner. Using the CASS software to calculate the date of the electronic total station. The calculation data are compared with the data calculated by Polyworks software, and analyze the calculation error of the software. The reason of the error is analyzed in detail.(5)As the three-dimensional laser scanner data processing circuit is complex, and each instrument processing system is not compatible, so this paper uses MATLAB to work out the code that can be calculated the volume and simplify the program of volume calculation.(6) Extending the application of the 3D scanner, and introducing the application of the instrument in other measurement fields (basic measurement, building elevation measurement,deformation measurement, topographic survey) and modeling field. |
