In today's complex market environment,the enterprise in order to seek better development must first to enterprise culture as the core,through change the concept of development,clear value orientation and adjust employee behavior,promote the transformation,organizational structure,market structure,product structure,resource allocation and management mode of enterprises growth,so as to promote the strategic transformation and upgrading of enterprises.Therefore,how to build the unique personality of the corporate culture has become a modern enterprise research trend.This paper surveys and in-depth empirical research on the status of enterprise culture on QD media company,to clarify the current status of the company's corporate culture,and through the investigation and interview to analyze the existing problems,analysis the cultural causes,in order to put forward the optimization strategy,pointed out that the key to build up modern enterprise culture,lay the foundation for the construction of excellent the corporate culture.Through the research,the conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)as a model of corporate culture,senior management should adhere to the role of the model,in strict accordance with the company's rules and regulations of their behavior,from the details of the start,personally practice the corporate culture.(2)in the construction of the enterprise culture,the middle level managers and the basic level managers are responsible for the specific implementation,which connects the staff and the company.This group of language and behavior,have the most direct relationship to the grass-roots workers of the construction of enterprise culture has the confidence of the construction of enterprise culture can be carried out,the affected people and grass-roots management is very large.Moreover,due to the middle-level managers and grassroots managers directly involved in the operation of the business,it is easy to ignore the management of corporate culture,only to emphasize the achievement of.Some managers do not damage their own interests,the adjustment of corporate culture does not support.This group is particularly prone to problems.In the construction of enterprise culture,we should pay close attention to the ideological changes of middle and basic level managers,and ensure the smooth development of enterprise culture construction.(3)the construction of enterprise culture can not be completed in the short term,and the construction work is not very simple.Therefore,we should stand on the strategic point of view,a solid foundation for the construction of documents,one step at a time.The construction of corporate culture can not be off and on,to be sustained and stable,the core concept of fixed,not with the management of the replacement and adjustment or change.The construction of enterprise culture to stay the course and not start late but quietly rash and too much in haste.The construction of corporate culture can not only stay on the surface,the text,the walls,but to the hearts of employees.QD Media Co.,Ltd.is a cable television network operators,venture investment,film and television program production,advertising agency issued four business,tourism,real estate,hotel and other investment business as the business area across Zhengzhou,Beijing,Guangzhou,Shenzhen,a large comprehensive cultural media company,researched the construction of the enterprise culture which has a certain reference to the cultural construction of other similar enterprises,and jointly promote the healthy development of China's media industry.
