The start-up parameter is the initial motion parameter of high-speed motion object in launch tube. It is an important parameter for evaluating launching power device performance and design. There are low mission reliability and measurement precision for existing acquisition methods of start-up parameters. Subject to the complexity of measurement environment and particularity of launching device, the measurement demands can't be meet. This study is devoted to investigate start-up measurement system design of high-speed object.From the measurement environment and working requirements, the measurement senor of runner guy is designed as start-up parameter level-transform senor. It also designs the high-speed data acquisition memory as the measurement equipment of acquisition and storage signal. For characteristic of signal, motion rule of high-speed object in launch tube and interference analysis, the method is proposed which combines least square fit with equation of higher degree. It establishes algorithm for start-up data of high-speed object in launch tube. The calculating precision is analyzed by simulation. To solve the problem of distraction in measurement, it makes investigations from hardware design, electricity signal level-transform election, and signal transform and data analysis. So anti-interference ability is improved. Finally, the test and calibration are accomplished in laboratory. The test of high-speed object shows that the measurement system can accomplish the work of data measurement and analysis.The application result shows that the software, hardware and arithmetic are reasonable. It also demonstrates completeness of system function and high reliability and working. The max measurement error of velocity of leaving the launch is 0.44 %. The max measurement error of acceleration of leaving the launch is 2.3 %. The measurement precision can meet design requirement. So it achieves design aim.
