The widespread use of DSP provides an effective means for processing large numbers of information quickly based on modern digital signal processing technology, in which data acquisition technology has a key role. The high-speed data acquisition system based on DSP can meet the digital signal processing needs for various fields, and ultrasonic nondestructive testing is a very important application.In the paper, it describes the comprehensive design method for the high-speed data acquisition system based on DSP and presents the details of the implementation method of each system function. This data acquisition system takes the smallest system of DSP as a center. The high-speed A/D converter selects AD9238 which is 12-bit, 65MSPS dual channels A/D converter produced by AD corporation and selects low distortion differential ADC driver AD8138 to provide differential input for the AD9238. The digital signal processor selects C6000 series high-performance floating-point DSP produced by TI corporation. FIFO is used to solve the problem that DSP and A/D converter's work rate does not match which effectively avoids data loss and improves the efficiency of the DSP. The A/D circuit and the data processing circuit is connected by the Tech-V bus which completes the pins connection of the data acquisition part and the data processing part. Finally, the adaptive filer based on the LMS algorithm is designed to filer the noise of A/D sampling signal. And the realization of the algorithm in the DSP are completed in the paper.The high-speed data acquisition system based on TMS320C6713 DSP provides a good hardware support for the industrial measurement and control systerm. The paper provides a very useful method to filer the noise of A/D sampling signal. The design makes foundation for development of ultrasonic detection system.
