The hardware parts are PCIE-1429 high-speed acquisition card and developed its own adapter card simulation, high-speed card is simulated the variety of data sources to achieve acquisition card data conversion hardware systems and the kinds of control tests. High-speed data acquisition application software is to set up virtual instrument software platform to interface the hardware part of the data storage and acquisition of command control. In the high-speed digital image storage disk array is used to achieve real-time storage, and hard disk array storage meets stability and integrity of the system. Image registration part in technical studies analyses and simulates technology-pixel registration.
