Nowadays, computer networking technology has been developed rapidly. Variousinformation share software based on Internet provides great convenience for people to obtaininformation resources and communicate with each other. However, under the traditionalmanagement system, laboratory equipment resources of different colleges and lavatories areunable to make the shared service effectively. Repeat purchase and lower usage rate is acommon phenomenon in experimental equipment resources, which leading to waste ofresources. Currently, it is an urgent problem to be tacked that how to share the laboratoryapparatus and equipment among different colleges and lavatories to fully rational use ofresources.It is beneficial to increase usage rate of laboratory apparatus and equipment, realize theoptimal allocation of resources, promote the sharing of college scientific apparatus andequipment resources and advanced laboratories and build equipment information sharingplatform, aiming at serving the school, teaching and scientific research organizations,cooperative enterprise and the society. With the rapid development of network technology,college equipment information sharing platform system combines the sharing mechanism ofnetwork information resources to provide a kind of more open information managementservice. The combination is designed not only to meet the demands of sharing equipmentwithin the school, but also share and interconnect information with external cooperators. Thus,it extends the scope of information management service. Meanwhile, it promotes theefficiency of using equipment and greatly enhances its value-in-use.The in-depth research on key technologies related to college equipment sharing platformis carried out by taking construction method of software system engineering as the basictheory in the paper. Base on the theoretical system and method of opening equipment andsharing management, the research adopts Browser/Server software architecture in aweb-based environment. Information modeling technology can be fully used to design andrealize college equipment information sharing platform system based upon college portalnetwork. The functions of the system are realized, including resource management, equipmentinformation publish, equipment query, online booking, access management and equipmentinformation statistics and etc. The system has strong operability and great practical value. Thelatter-stage plan is based on the technologies of data mining to research laboratory apparatusand equipment and use intelligent analysis tool to check used equipment condition. It provides ancillary decision-support for equipment optimization on the existing system.The construction of college equipment information sharing platform not only integratesinternal sharing and external service and breaks the limitations of different branches withinthe school, but also eliminates equipment sharing obstacles among schools and offers a moreconvenient and open environment for sharing equipment within the school in the future withthe support of sharing system of national and regional equipment. Moreover, as the perfectionof service system, the science and technology service conducted by college and regions hasgreatly facilitated. The level for managing apparatus and equipment has lifted, which plays agreat role in continuously pushing educational reform and exploring the philosophy in modernequipment management.
