Design And Implementation Of Information Management System About Student Employment In Jiujiang University Based On AJAX

Along with the reform of higher education system in our country, the reform of theemployment system of college graduates is being constantly carried out. In the current,the main way of college graduates’ employment is the two-way job choice and theindependent choosing profession, which has completely replaced the original nationaldistribution. The employment situation of graduates of colleges in our country isbecoming worse and worse. University graduates recruitment organized by itself hasbecome the main way of employment of college graduates. How to construct aconvenient public information exchange platform among employing units, colleges andcollege graduates is an issue that the current managers of college graduates employmentdepartment will have to consider. The Graduate Employment Management System ofJiujiang University was established in this background, which will provide a new pathto solve the problems of college graduates employment.This thesis is mainly about the design and implement of the graduate employmentmanagement system of Jiujiang University. Firstly this article described some questionsabout the graduate employment management of Jiujiang University. Secondly currentmethods that solved the questions of graduate employment were introduced. Thirdly thisthesis analyzed the characteristics of the management of graduates employment inJiujiang University. At last the details of the design and implement of the graduateemployment management system of Jiujiang University were described. The main workis as follows.1. The details about the characteristics and questions of the management ofgraduates employment in Jiujiang University was described. Then the design of thegraduate employment management system based on B/S framework and campusnetwork was put forward.2. Some technologies of software design such as.NET, AJAX, Web Services, XMLand so on was introduced. In order to enhance the maintainability, maneuverability,expandability of the system,.NET and Ajax was used in the process of systemdevelopment. 3. This thesis described the user demand of graduates employment managementdepartment, and analyzed the flow of enterprise users, managers and graduates. Usecase analysis was showed on the key logic flow. At last how to design and realize thesystem of employment management was illustrated.
