China Unicom Customer Management System Design And Realization

With the constant and the rapid development of China's economy, socity is increasing the demand of the inter-telecommunication. Meanwhile , people's requirement to inter-telecommunication service has become highter , and the competition of relative inter-telecommunication industry has become more severe。At present,China Unicom has confronted a very unfavorable situation:market competitive systems have been introduced;the world's advanced marketing concept and managing ways challenge the traditional ones。In order to strengthen enterprise competitive power,enterprises have to chang their concepts and improve their service, taking service as their business developing strategy , competitive weapon and useable resources。Therefore enterprises should take customer as foundation and occupy the market throught high-quality and effective service strategy。Under such circumstances,it is very important to establish customer's service system to meet the needs of present economic innovation by taking computer and inter-telecommunication technology as the base,marketing scientific theory as the guidance。This thesis first discusses the two layers of C/S structure's limitations in multi-user,system developing situations。It researched and analysised on the principle of three-layer structure, and discussed the different form the traditional two layers structure and focused on the features of its flexibility,scalability,and safety。Then this thesis also stratified the key technology of J2EE solutions and MVC design patterns。Based on business needs,we use RationalRose in MVC pattern establishing the system use case diagram and sequence diagram,which describe the function should be included in the system from a customer perspective。Finally, based on analyzing and designing,the system was divided into customer information,customer manager information modules,system management,inquiring and printing module。The system was coded with the specific J2EE supporting platform Eclipse,and was adopted Mysql as database system. By JavaBean inplemented business module on the application layer,and realized user interaction module using Jsp and Html language。This application solution has proved practical and feasible by practice。...
