With the increasingly vigorous competition of market and the development of communication technology, especially the popularity of Internet technology, the ways that the customers receive the information of products become various. The enterprises are making use of the internet to carry on the product publicity and mold the brand image. Therefore, the customers can receive a great deal of information of the various products every day.In this kind of case, it will be more difficult to keep the popularity of the brand and the satisfaction of the customers. However, we can know and record the characteristic and the demands of the customers through the management system based on the relationship of clients to offer the customers the better service and draw up the corresponding sale strategy. By doing this, we can bring more and more long-last customers' resources for the enterprises.This paper makes further researches on the information based on the condition of the currently domestic manufacture, sale process and sale condition, and then put forward the problem and solution existing in the customers' resources management of manufacture industry. Combining the theory of customers' relationship management with the information condition of manufacture enterprises, this paper analyses, programs and designs the management system which is suitable to the domestic enterprises. From the experiential and technological view, it makes a detailed analysis and design of the management system. In addition, it also makes a deep research on the safety of system and sharing of data.This system is a set of enterprise application system completely based on the web project and customers' relationship management. According to the project solving the whole customers' relationship management, this system can assist the enterprise to set up the unifying customer resources, expand the sale ways, seek the best market method, regulate the sale process and provide the scientific analysis. By doing this, we can build up long-last customers' system and quickly find the key customers and potential partners, and then promote the business enterprise to win the benefit ability. Its big capacity of handling the customers' data and sale, its market and service are all based on the web service.
