As the globalization and diversification of the economy and market, the customer demand has became more diversified and personalized. These changes have a profound impact on all walks of life, especially among manufacturing industries. In the current situation, the manufacturing industry has entered a period of change, how to strengthen the business to respond quickly, to meet the customer needs and to enable the enterprises to maximize their benefits, which has become a problem that the modern manufacturing enterprise must consider. Under the impetus of the network technology, the network manufacturing mode has gradually risen and developed rapidly. This manufacturing mode emphasized to full use of information technology and share network resources. According to the specific requirements of production, to arrange and schedule various of the resources, which can complete the production tasks efficiently. This article takes the network outsourcing processing optimization procedure as an object of study, analyzed the scheduling problem of outsourcing process optimization in network manufacturing mode.Firstly, the basic problem about the network outsourcing process optimization scheduling is described in the article, to analyze and identify the targets in the network outsourcing process scheduling, such as the outsourcing processing time, outsourcing processing cost and outsourcing processing quality and to build their mathematical model.Secondly, this article combines the virtual production line with network outsourcing processing optimization scheduling and builds a dynamic virtual production line. On the basis of the virtual production line, the article proposes to use the Petri Net to build the model of production scheduling process. To expound and analyze the basic theory of the Petri Net, such as the concept and property, in order to reflect actual scheduling situation, the article brings the concept of time in the Petri Net and take the Time Petri Net for modeling tool.Thirdly, this article improves the Simple Genetic Algorithm(SGA) for its deficiencies, such as premature convergence and local optimum, which can be improved by adaptive mechanism and form the Adaptive Genetic Algorithm(AGA). At the same time, the article also has improved the Adaptive Genetic Algorithm with the character of Petri Net that could get better optimization solutions, which enhances the versatility of the algorithm and avoids the decoding operation.Finally, the article applies the optimization scheduling theory in a practical case and obtains a good effect by comparing with the Simple Genetic Algorithm. The experiment shows that the optimization scheduling theory in this article can better realize the goal of enterprise scheduling and has actively realistic meaning and reference function in the aspect of improving business efficiency and market competitiveness. Besides, the research would also have deep significance to accelerate further application of network manufacturing mode.
