Research Of Information Distribution And Privacy Protection About Electronic Health Records Based On SOA

To establish electronic health records is the premise and foundation to perform thehealth care service. The EHR system building not only can reduce the cost of medicalcare， improve the service efficiency and quality， and improve the supply balance， butalso obviously promote the fusion development of medical and public health services. Atpresent， the EHR system in our country is still in primary stage， there are manybottleneck problems in the aspect of information distribution and privacy protection，which can’t well satisfy the demand of medical health service.The SOA architecture thought is applied in this article， to build the regional healthinformation platform by using coarse-grained service and loose coupling between services.It can quickly adapt to the changes of internal and external demand， and also protect theprevious investments. It can make an improvement to EHR system. In addition，accordingto the requirements of business collaboration and data sharing between institutions， buildcontrollable and effective information model to realize the application of various roles’needs.The main contents are as follows:1. The integration architecture based on SOA system， to establish the area EHRsystem.2. Refer to IHE integrated specification and IHE XDS model， to realize dynamicinformation release by establishing EHR information release model.3. Through the information security system， to solve the data security problems ofEHR information release， realize the security of the information exchange and sharing.4. Based on privacy protection model of roles and access strategy， which can protectthe privacy of information.
