Product tracing is one of the hottest topic in recent years. As a variety of product quality problems have been exposed, consumers are increasingly concerned about the quality and the component of the product they buy.If one kind of product can expose its own information and components in front of consumers clearly,it will make the consumers' trust to this product greatly improve.Product component tracing have become an important part to ensure the quality of products. In order to completely manage the full product chain of material procurement, production, transportation, sales even customer service, many manufacturers have attached great importance to set up their own tracking system. However, the heterogeneity of these systems, including communication and network protocols, software and hardware platform, leads to many problems such as lack of information and difficulty of integration.Information can not be integrated smoothly in the whole industry chain, eventually leading consumers can not get the desired services. The purpose and significance of this project is to design and implement a food product lifecycle trcing and recommendation system. On the one hand it creates an unified platform for all manufactures on the basic of the existing information system, docking with these systems. Not only the differences among the various systems are retained, but also the interfaces and protocols between consumers and tracing system and between manufactures and tracing system are unified. On the other hand by tracing as the breakthrough point, this system provides an online product platform for the manufactures, while providing an unified information search and recommendation platform for consumers.
