The 70%of the blood of Beijing Red Cross Blood Center was from the mobile car,because of the non information of the blood collection system,the staff need to manually complete the examination table,the examination results,the daily work after the end of the day.So,in order to solve the problem,the thesis starts from the actual work the mobile blood collection for the Blood Center of Beijing Red Cross Society,the blood collection management system is designed,which is based on Web Service,the SQLServer database and the UML modeling technology.The thesis detailed described the requirement analysis,design,database design process.The system is developed strictly accordance with the software engineering development ideas.Firstly,the system is analyzed by UML for the requirement analysis,and then the system is designed.In order to improve the system scalability,the system is designed based on the MVC architecture.The MVC architecture can separated the system interface and the logic program effectively.The functions of the system are divided into basic data management,blood donation,specimen screen,blood donation service,daily start and end,system management.In order to provide system security,the encryption algorithm is used for the communication of the Web Service and the key data of the database.It also designs the E-R chart and the physical table of the database.Finally,the system is tested by black box testing method.The system can make the Blood Center of Beijing Red Cross Society blood collection more advanced,scientific and standardized.It realized a series of work,including the blood collection,screening and preservation,and it can dock for the mobile blood collection car and blood donation house.
