| Intelligent Blood Collection System is an intelligent electronic device which have accurate measurement, homogenate, automatic completion, abnormal prompt, and automatic data storage functions in the blood donation process at the blood bank (and related units), is one of the important equipment for the construction of standardization, digitization of blood bank. Therefore it is needed to develop functional, reliable performance, friendly interaction intelligent blood collection system providing hardware support for the modernization construction of the blood bank.According to the process of artificial blood collection and combined with the characteristics of the embedded technology, I designed and developed a set of intelligent blood collection system. The intelligent blood collection system which I developed has successfully realized the quick scan of the input information, automatic mechanical homogenate, accurate measurement, abnormal alarm function, and has good human-computer interaction interface, the system not only simplifies the blood collecting progress. Importantly, it greatly improve the efficiency of the blood collection work.Firstly, we developed system uses a 7-inch LCD touch screen, it’s user interface is simple and clear, touch operation mode consistent with the current operating practices, interactive experience is well.The intelligent blood collection system’s core features is the accurate measurement of blood volume, the paper achieve a precise measurement of the level of 0.5ml through use of high-precision 32-bit A/D converter-CS5532 converter.The intelligent blood collection system is a medical device, the basic requirement of medical equipment is high safety and good reliability. In order to ensure the safety during the blood collection process, the system uses real-time monitoring strategies. To ensure the reliability of the hardware design, I test each hardware module; and to ensure the integrity of system’s function and the reliability of the system’s performance, I carried out the whole system testing.After completing the development and testing of the system, I further improved the inadequate system through the feedback of the customer experience, improved the functional design of the system, making the system more in line with the needs of the blood collection work. |
