In recent years, the incidence of diabetes becomes higher, and what's worse that there are kinds of complications badly threatening people's health. According to investigations, taking good control of blood sugar could bring down the possibility of complications. At present, there are a variety of blood sugar meters in the market, but all of them exist these two problems. One is that each kind of blood sugar meters can only use their own special test papers, and the other is that when using a new package of test papers, their correction value must be set, that's to say that correction value is corresponding to test papers. Generally, the correction values of test papers are provided by producers. Then how can we eliminate inherent relations between blood sugar meters and test papers, and how can we get these correction values? It needs to design a particular correction system for blood sugar test papers to achieve this function.The paper pays more attentions to look into and design correction system for blood sugar test papers on M68H08 MCU. The system adopts enzyme-electrode method and non-linear correction technology to measure blood sugar, which is not only convenient for producer to obtain correction values of test papers but also provides the users with a mean of checking correction values. In addition, the system could verify the best time to get blood sugar samples. It can also be transplanted to test papers solving the two problems above.The paper has provided the design scheme of correction system for blood sugar test papers on M68H08 MCU, and has implemented it. Firstly, it introduces the general situations of blood sugar meters, the exploiture of correction system for blood sugar test papers and its practical value, and brings forward its systemic design. Secondly, it describes the biological theory of correction system and its integrated design scheme. Thirdly, it explains the design of correction system's hardware, software and its technical keystones. Meanwhile it also lists implemented contents of the system and personal experience. At last, the paper summarizes the system's framework and gives the expectation of the future work.
