At present,with the continuous improvement of people's quality of life,the number of patients with blood pressure is also increasing,blood pressure disease has been a great threat to people's physical and mental health.Effective and accurate measurement of blood pressure is conducive to timely detection of patients with disease,but also help doctors make a reasonable diagnosis.Today,the clinical use of blood pressure measurement types are divided into invasive and noninvasive,invasive measurement is likely to cause pain and wound infection,and noninvasive intermittent measurement equipment is more complex and can not really do continuous measurement,and the measurement accuracy is relatively low.Therefore,the current urgent need to speed up the pace of blood pressure measurement technology improvement.This paper improves the continuous noninvasive monitoring system based on volumetric compensation method,which can carry out continuous noninvasive blood pressure and rhythm monitoring for clinical patients.The device is a closed-loop system,under the control of negative feedback,the use of volumetric compensation method to control the dynamic trend of blood vessels within the fingers,keep the blood vessels in the unloaded state,so as to continuous blood pressure measurement.During the measurement process only need to allow the subject to wear fingertips,without the need for invasive measurement,that is able to accurately monitor the subjects,so that the system is a noninvasive continuous blood pressure monitoring system.The creation of noninvasive continuous blood pressure system in this paper is mainly to include the three parts of the finger blood pressure collection,PID control system and control algorithm optimization.Blood pressure collection module design mainly air pressure sensors and SCM and other links.PID control is the industry's most common and efficient control,taking into account the accuracy of the measurement,the PID control algorithm to optimize.With the advances in the level of computer and intelligent instrument technology,and gradually penetrate into the control field,there have been many artificial intelligence to optimize PID control parameters of the method.As a large branch of artificial intelligence technology,the group intelligence has been widely used in the optimization of PID parameters because of its good self-organization,robustness and parallelism.In this paper,the artificial fuzzy colony algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm are used to optimize the PID control parameters,and the optimization results are compared.The optimal optimization algorithm is used as the system model.
