With the development of big data,cloud computing and other science and technology,people's obtaining to amount of information has been changed from shortage to overload.The form of information reading has been changed from the document style,full text style to image style,fragmentation style.These changes drive people to re-examine the current knowledge organization and knowledge management.On the one hand,we need to recognize and pay attention to the reality and the existence reasons of changing the users' requirements.On the other hand,we need to solve these problems,such as the massive knowledge,heterogeneity,complexity and semantic deficiency.These problems directly reduce user' reading efficiency.From the perspective of fine-grained knowledge unit organization,this paper proposes a new knowledge organization method--text resource semantic space based on knowledge element.With a view to enriching to semantic information of the current digital information resource organization,to provide users with efficient information access and learning support.Firstly,based on summering and analyzing the research progress of knowledge element at home and abroad,and arranging the correlation theory of ontology and text resource semantic space.This paper presents a method for representing the six tuple level structure of knowledge element in which the content information amount is simplified,the majority of useless information in the text is eliminated,and the appropriate knowledge element is extracted on demand,to a certain extent,the knowledge granularity is realized.Then,a method of text resource semantic space model based on hierarchical knowledge element link and construction is put forward.The text resource semantic space consists of a text set,a conceptual semantic link network,and a semantic link network.The text set provides the data support for the concept semantic link network and the knowledge element semantic link network,the concept semantic link network provides the semantic reference for the semantic link network of knowledge element,and constructs the knowledge element ontology in the conceptual semantic link network.At last,literatures from Journal of the China Society for Scientific and Technical Information have been collected as a text resource collection in the past 10 years,at the same time,the knowledge ontology of library and information science is constructed in the semantic link network,and an example simulation of text resource semantic space is completed.The simulation results show that the text resource semantic space can simplify text content,clear the domain and rich the semantic relation to some extent,which proves that the text resource semantic space method as a new knowledge resource organization is feasible to a certain extent.The text resource semantic space based on knowledge element linking is the reorganization and management of knowledge.The space can make the text content be fine-grained,and the rich semantic relation can improve the users' learning efficiency and the learning depth.However,the current text extraction technology fails to reach the goal of the extraction precision of knowledge element in this paper needed in this paper.So the method of manually extracting the knowledge element is used to verify the text resource semantic space.At the same time,depth rich semantic relation content is a very important research direction for the next step to explore the text resource semantic space deeply.
