With the development of science and technology such as the popularization of computers and networks and artificial intelligence,knowledge has shown an explosive growth trend.The amount of information people obtain turns from being scarce to overloaded,and the form of information reading has also changed from full-text to fragmented.People cannot find the information they need quickly and accurately,and face the embarrassing situation of “rich information and lack of knowledge”.This drives people to re-examine the description and organization of current information resources.On the one hand,we need to recognize and attach importance to the reality of changing user needs.On the other hand,it needs to recognize that the number of information resources that cause changes in user needs is huge,dynamic,frequently updated,diverse,heterogeneous,unstructured,and lacks semantics.Providing effective resource description and organization methods,based on description and organization of information resources at the semantic level,establishing a description framework and organizing knowledge in a fine-grained manner can help alleviate the above-mentioned problems encountered by users.For this reason,this article is based on a review of the status quo of scientific text description and organization.Based on the knowledge-element theory and semantic theory,a knowledge-based text description framework and organization method for scientific and technological texts are proposed.To provide a way of thinking for knowledge description and organization.Firstly,based on the theory of knowledge element and semantic theory,a text description framework based on knowledge element for scientific text is proposed.The framework describes and reveals the internal features and semantic relationships of scientific text in a detailed and multi-dimensional manner.Several representative knowledge elements in scientific text are extracted in detail.There are different semantic relations among these knowledge elements.On the basis of implementing fine-grained description of knowledge,the content of subsequent scientific text is conveniently organized.Secondly,on the basis of the content description framework of scientific text,a method for organizing the content of scientific text resources based on knowledge elements is proposed.That is,through semantic analysis,the mapping relationship between knowledge elements is established,and then the knowledge of scientific text is organized from the perspective of knowledge elements.Finally,use the Python crawler program to crawl the scientific literature with the knowledge element as the data set.And using Gephi software to visually display the semantic relationship between the text of scientific and technological text,and visually present the knowledge organization effects expected by this paper.This paper presents a description framework and organization method for scientific text based on knowledge element,which enables in-depth analysis of the internal content features of scientific text and enables fine-grained description and organization of scientific text.Rich semantic relationships can improve user learning efficiency and support depth of learning.
